There are a washing machine and a dryer in the laundry room.

We provide detergent and fabric softener for your convenience.

There is also an outdoor wash line for those who wish to use it.

There are an espresso machine, a caffetiere and a filter coffee machine in the kitchen. We love our coffee.

Coffee and sugar are provided.

The instruction manual for the espresso is in the kitchen top.

There is a flat screen TV in the living room.

Smart Tv and Netflix subscriptions are provided.

There is also a DVD player in the living room and some films in the wall cupboard

The mini hifi in the living room offers the options of cd, bluetooth, dab radio and radio. Music cds are in both towers by the hifi and the tv.

There are smoke, heat and CO1 detectors.

This has been tested before your arrival.

There is a fire extinguisher and a fire blanket in the kitchen.

Please do not tamper with the alarms.

Egyptian cotton towels, bathrobes and linen are provided.

We provide beach towels for your use. Please do not take the bathroom towels outside the property.

If you require a change of towels during your stay please contact us.

Heating is available in all rooms.

The program runs daily and the thermostat display is on the shelf in the living room by the mini hi-fi.

The heating is sourced with a heat pump and runs 24 hours with the same temperature to be more effective.

If you need to reduce the temperature in the rooms please manipulate the radiators valve in the room.

The Summerhouse is for all guests with the chance to dine, have a drink or listen to music while enjoying the fantastic views.

Please keep it tidy.

There is a radio with a docking station which offers the possibility to connect with Bluetooth devices and listen to music.

The Summerhouse lights come on every day at sunset and off at 10:30 pm.

Enjoy our gardens and the seating areas.

There are several spaces in the garden with seating areas and dining tables.

Please return cushions for the different seating area indoors or in the garden chest after use.

If possible, please do not leave cushions outside overnight.

There are charcoal barbecues for guests use.

If you have used any available charcoal please replace it.

Make sure of having cleaned the barbecue and the tools ready for future guests.

Please only use toilet paper in the toilet.

Sanitary products, dental floss, etc need to be disposed of in the bin.

Compost: Please place compostable waste in the compost bins beside the black garden shed located at the other side of the Cottage. No egg shells.

Recycling: Recyclable waste should be placed inside the green bin liner in the drawer under the ovens. Recyclable items are glass, metal(tins, cans and jar lids), plastic and cardboard. This is sorted at the depot.

Waste: All other rubbish should be placed in the kitchen bin.

Septic Tanks: Please only use toilet paper in the toilet. Sanitary products, dental floss, etc need to be disposed of in the bin.

On departure, remember to include the bathroom waste within the kitchen waste. Please bag all waste and put the green recycling and white general bags in the blue wheelie bin beside the garage. Loose waste cannot be collected.

Please no noise outside after 11:00 pm.

No smoking or vaping in the house

We provide beach towels for your use. Please do not take the bathroom towels outside the property.
